Orders
Order submission and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase the selected products. Receiving an automated order confirmation does not always mean the order has been finally accepted.
TailTrek may review, verify, accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment authorization problems, suspected fraud, restricted activity, or inaccurate customer information.
If TailTrek cancels an order after payment has been collected, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payment
Prices, taxes, and payment authorization
Unless another currency is clearly displayed, prices are presented in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, duties, or other required charges may be calculated or displayed during checkout.

Shipping
Free shipping and delivery expectations
TailTrek provides free shipping on all products. Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 calendar days after successful order processing.
Delivery estimates are not absolute guarantees. Weather, carrier disruption, incorrect addresses, access restrictions, security checks, public emergencies, or events outside reasonable control may affect delivery.
When TailTrek cannot fulfill or ship an order within the stated or legally permitted time, TailTrek may contact the customer with an updated estimate, available options, or a refund as required.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address and for monitoring delivery communications.

Returns
Returns, exchanges, and order concerns

Discounts
Subscriber and promotional savings
After successful email subscription, customers receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount. The discount is not limited to the first order and does not require a discount code.
Selected promotional products receive an automatic 20% discount without a discount code.
Discounts may be subject to product eligibility, checkout compatibility, availability, technical limitations, or other conditions clearly disclosed with the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

Responsible pet equipment use
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for an individual pet, household, vehicle, environment, and intended activity.
- Measure pets carefully before selecting size-dependent products.
- Follow assembly, adjustment, installation, cleaning, and care instructions.
- Inspect straps, buckles, clips, stitching, closures, electrical parts, and materials regularly.
- Supervise pets when a product, toy, feeding item, or accessory requires supervision.
- Discontinue use when a product is damaged, improperly fitted, uncomfortable, or unsuitable.
TailTrek content and customer support are provided for general product information and are not veterinary, medical, behavioral, or professional safety advice.

Reviews
Customer content and submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, testimonial, or other content, you confirm that you own or have permission to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights.
You grant TailTrek a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, publish, display, and use submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting TailTrek, subject to applicable law and privacy obligations.
TailTrek may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, unrelated, infringing, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Ownership
Website and intellectual property
