TailTrek provides free standard shipping on every product. Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 calendar days after successful order confirmation. This policy explains processing, tracking, addresses, split shipments, delays, damaged packages, missing deliveries, and support.

The Delivery Route

Five stages between checkout and arrival.

Delivery timing may vary because of product availability, destination, verification, carrier movement, severe weather, public emergencies, or other circumstances outside TailTrek’s reasonable control.

Review the products, quantities, address, telephone number, and email address immediately.

TailTrek may verify payment authorization, address details, availability, or security concerns.

Shipment prepared

The order enters fulfillment. Changes may no longer be possible after this stage begins.

Carrier movement

Tracking becomes available when supported. Not every stage produces a visible scan.

Delivery completed

The package is delivered to the submitted address or another location recorded by the carrier.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every product.

No minimum order value is required. Faster or specialized delivery is not guaranteed and will be shown before purchase when available.

Delivery timing

Orders normally arrive within 3–5 calendar days.

The estimate begins after successful order confirmation. Dates are estimates unless TailTrek expressly confirms a guaranteed date in writing.

Destinations

Shipping availability is confirmed during checkout.

Availability may vary by product, carrier coverage, fulfillment capability, legal restriction, or destination.

Address accuracy

Complete delivery information is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Enter the full recipient name and street address.
  • Include apartment, unit, suite, building, or floor information.
  • Confirm the city, state, and postal code.
  • Provide an active telephone number and email address.
Split shipments

Products from one order may arrive separately.

Separate packages may have different tracking numbers and arrival dates. No extra standard shipping charge applies because an order is divided.

Verification

Some purchases require additional review.

TailTrek may request confirmation of payment authorization, billing details, shipping information, quantity, or unusual activity.

Delivery Exceptions

TailTrek reviews the order, tracking, carrier, delivery, and customer information to determine the most appropriate next step.

05What happens to an undeliverable package?Returned shipments require review

TailTrek will review the carrier record, customer information, product condition, and available options before confirming reshipment or refund treatment.
