TailTrek Shipping Policy
TailTrek provides free standard shipping on every product. Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 calendar days after successful order confirmation. This policy explains processing, tracking, addresses, split shipments, delays, damaged packages, missing deliveries, and support.
The Delivery Route
Delivery timing may vary because of product availability, destination, verification, carrier movement, severe weather, public emergencies, or other circumstances outside TailTrek’s reasonable control.

Availability may vary by product, carrier coverage, fulfillment capability, legal restriction, or destination.
Separate packages may have different tracking numbers and arrival dates. No extra standard shipping charge applies because an order is divided.
TailTrek may request confirmation of payment authorization, billing details, shipping information, quantity, or unusual activity.

Review entrances, secure areas, parcel lockers, reception desks, delivery photographs, household members, neighbors, and carrier notes before contacting support.
Photograph the outer package, shipping label, internal protection, product, and affected area. Keep all packaging and components until TailTrek provides instructions.
TailTrek will review the carrier record, customer information, product condition, and available options before confirming reshipment or refund treatment.
Shipping and Delivery Support
Include your full name, order number, checkout email address, delivery address, tracking number, and a clear description of the issue.
For damaged or incorrect deliveries, include photographs of the package, shipping label, product, and affected area.
